Here is the basic menu for all our products.
White Sourdough
Using unbleached flour, sea salt, water and a little starter we bring you various styles of white sour. We have an 18th century french naval bread, a 17th century pioneers bread and our basic white sour. All have different tastes and feels to them. Each style bringing a variaty to the market
Olive and Rosemary
Made On a Genzano Italian Sour dough base, With whole pitted Kalamata olives and fresh rosemary. This loaf delivers a delicate sour taste acompanied by bursts of olives.
13th century Fruit Loaf
Packed with Apricots, sultanas, currants, glace cherries, dates and mixed peel with that extra injection of spices, this loaf makes for a great fruit bread. Origional adapted from an old recipe it has become a top seller.
Pumpkin and Onion
Fresh pumpkin roasted that morning and a nice dash of onion is what is placed into this bread. This bread is baked mainly on the monday or tuesday.
Diabetic Grain

Spelt Flour Loaves
100% spelt flour is used in this dough giving a beautiful sweet nutty flavour. it is currently a thursday friday specialty loaf, but has plans to become a fulltime runner.
Wholemeal
Chewy crust with a beutiful flavoured crumb. This loaf is made with an organic stone ground flour so it retains its wheaty goodness and flavour.
Angora Honey and Lavender Bread.
With lavender brewed over night mixed with thick, dark and robust flavoured angopha honey this loaf exhibits an almost ginger flavor. It is stong flavoured and sweet, it has a chewy crust and a beautiful aroma.
100% Rye
Large, dark and rustic. Popular the world over, this loaf has a dense crumb and a thick crust. Well worth a taste.
Roast Beetroot bread.
Incorporating the entire beet from the root to the leaves this loaf won't leave you wanting more. Its purple crumb is flected with purple beet flesh and green beet leaves.
Light rye
Made from a wholemeal rye and wholemeal stoneground flour this delightful combination brings a out the lovely flavour s of rye while giving you a not as dense experience. Also made with the delightful carraway seed.
Oats and honey.
Incorporating cinnamon, raisans, rolled oats and a light yellowbox honey has brought out a very complex but flavourful loaf of bread. Crusty but beautiful to chew on it is quickly becoming a favoured loaf.
